Abstract:
Sodexo general manager Vance Howe plans to continue evaluating students' campus dining experience with the mystery shopper program he and the Student Government Association implemented this semester.

This is a unique way to monitor customer service in a venue that has not been traditionally accountable to its clientele. I applaud Sodexho for being proactive and realizing the opinions and preferences of the student body are important to its success!
